FUN FOR ALL AGES
Our classes are a fantastic way for children to keep active, and burn off excess energy! We welcome children of all abilities and fitness levels, from ages 4 and up. With over 30 years' training experience, DBS-checked instructors, a fully equipped centre and a welcoming environment, we are a perfect choice in the Newcastle area.

Little Dragons
Suitable for children aged 4-6, the Little Dragon classes offer more than just a chance to kick and punch!
​
All classes teach self-discipline and respect, while also developing fitness and having lots of fun. We use positive teaching techniques helping to boost your child's confidence and self-esteem, helping them in school and life.
​
Little Dragons can take part in belt tests. They progress through the belts in the same order as the older classes, except their belts are white-stripe colour rather than full colour.
KIDS KARATE
Moving up from Little Dragons, our karate classes are adapted for children aged 6-13. These classes give your children a chance to develop their skills further.

Our training programs are a lot more than just kicking and punching
All classes are aimed at teaching self discipline and respect, while also building confidence, gaining fitness and having fun.

The kids classes are separated by belt rank.
Kids

"Black Belt Club" (White/Yellow/Orange/Green). Kids classes take place at an earlier time. These times can be viewed on our timetable.
Advanced Kids

"Masters" (Blue/Purple/Red/Red-Stripe Black)
-
"Excellence" (Brown/Brown-Stripe White/Brown-Stripe Black/Brown-Split Black/Black-Stripe White/Black).

Both Masters and Excellence classes take place at the same time, directly after the kids classes. These times can be viewed on our timetable.
Junior Boxing
We also run junior boxing classes for under 13s. We teach the foundations of boxing, develop core strength, and carry out conditioning drills. Students can also take part in sparring or just enjoy bag and partner work.
From £4 per session. Boxing packages are also available.

Sports attire: If it’s your first session please just come along in comfortable sportswear. If you train regularly we will inform you about any sports gear you might need such as hand wraps and gloves.
