Our beginners Muay Thai classes are a great introduction to both a great sport and ancient martial art. Whether you like to train for competitive reasons or for fun and fitness there's something in the classes for everyone.
Classes start with a light warm up and stretching, followed by drills and techniques involving elbows, punches, knees, kicks and clinch work. Sessions finish with fitness which is catered towards the individual. More advanced students may be invited to stay for sparring but this is not compulsory. New students are welcome to wear any clothes they feel comfortable training in.
