It can be a challenge to fit fitness classes around things like work, school and childcare commitments, which is why we offer a wide range of sessions, 6 days a week. We're confident that you'll find the right session, at a time that suit you best.
We also provide personal training, built around achieving specific goals (subject to instructor availability).
