There are fun and safe lessons for 4 - 6 year olds. All classes are aimed on learning, fitness and fun. Our training programs are a lot more than kicking and punching. We aim to develop healthy, confident children with goals and ambitions who can resist peer pressure and understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle and a "never give in" attitude.
